The Development Project Manager will execute affordable and mixed-income housing developments from predevelopment through construction completion and stabilization, working closely with cross-functional teams and the Vice President of Development. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with financing and regulatory requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. The position involves regular travel to project sites.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in multifamily housing development required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, documents, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites and attend meetings across the Western Region

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with affordable housing financing programs (e.g., LIHTC, HTC, HOME, CDBG, NSP, HOPE VI, FHA)

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado
