Development Program Manager (TFO Construction)

Job Summary
Lead and manage design, pre-construction, and construction activities on campus development projects for QTS Data Centers. Collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff to deliver multi-phased site development with time, budget, and quality targets. Create and communicate master development programs, budgets, and schedules; provide monthly executive-level updates; manage entitlements/permitting and procurement scopes; evaluate pricing proposals; coordinate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for custom deal solutions; and represent QTS in key stakeholder and OAC meetings. Travel up to 50% and drive process improvements across development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures including Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build delivery methods
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for updates to executives; Excel for budgets)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
