Development Program Manager

Job Summary

Design and maintain the Americas data center development team's folder structures, document standards, and site intake processes from initial capture through go/no-go decisions. Partner with Data, IT, and platform teams to build reporting dashboards tracking diligence status, contract deadlines, and pipeline progress, while leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual effort. Coordinate fortnightly leadership presentations and cross-functional touchpoints with Construction, Delivery, and Power teams to surface risks and drive adoption of clear operating procedures. Manage the reporting calendar and data integrity to ensure executive-ready insights are delivered on time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in project or program coordination, PMO or business operations, or a similar process-oriented role
  • Demonstrated track record building and maintaining processes, workflows, and reporting that others adopt and follow
  • Proficiency with collaboration and document management platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools, especially building executive-ready presentations
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage many concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent communicator able to drive process adoption and influence without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to build and automate processes, dashboards, or reporting
  • Familiarity with dashboarding / BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry or similar data / ontology platforms
  • Data center, real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry experience
