Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction TFO)

Job Summary
Lead and manage design, pre-construction, and construction activities for multiple data-center development projects. Develop and maintain campus master development programs, budgets, and schedules; prepare executive-level status updates; coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Operations staff. Create and communicate development program updates, manage entitlements and permitting, implement multi-phase site development plans, and drive cost estimates and procurement processes. Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to support custom deal solutioning, monitor submittals, review pay applications and change orders, establish security procedures, plan product deployment, and contribute to due diligence for potential new sites. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, participate in OAC meetings, and continuously enhance project management processes and protocols. Strong emphasis on delivering on time, on budget, and with quality across complex, mission-critical data center facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets
