Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction TFO)

Job Summary
Lead and manage the design, pre-construction and construction activities on data center construction projects. Develop and communicate updates on development programs and project status for executive reviews. Create master development programs for sites, manage entitlement and permitting, and implement multi-phase site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services and participate in procurement and cost estimates; evaluate pricing proposals and manage submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff; maintain updated budgets and schedules; coordinate with Procurement and Sales Engineers for solutioning. Travel up to 50% may be required. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience and 8+ years in commercial construction, with familiarity in Lump Sum, CMAR, and Design Build delivery methods. MBA or related advanced degree is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for executive updates and budgets; strong communication skills for presenting to executives and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
- Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint for exec updates, Excel for budgets)
