Job Summary
Conduct daily administrative support across multiple departments by performing data entry on confidential documents, scanning and copying materials, answering front desk phones, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain inventory and stock office and breakroom supplies while assisting with miscellaneous projects assigned by various departments. Manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and shift priorities independently under pressure. This entry-level student position runs from August to December 2026, requiring a minimum of 15 hours weekly and reliable transportation to the Austin, TX office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be enrolled and currently taking college courses
- Some college (no degree)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Agility to shift direction in response to changing work situations
