Development Planning Technical Director (Development)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging a network of clients, co-professionals, and colleagues to win work and increase market share for the Development team. Liaise with the Regional Director for Development North and local office leads to set and agree growth targets, while building trusted relationships with public and private sector clients. Provide technical advice to clients through the planning and design process, lead and support bids by reviewing and authorizing submissions, and act as Project Director for major commissions. Manage large multi-disciplinary tender proposals and ensure team compliance with SHEQ standards. Coordinate across the Development team to share market intelligence and best practice, driving business growth and technical leadership in Scotland and nationally.
