Job Summary
Oversee the processing and data integrity of donations and pledges across the national network by auditing the Salesforce database, creating reports, and implementing technical guidance. Supervise the Gift Processing Associate to ensure accurate gift entry, acknowledgement, and reporting while maintaining system functionality for Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, DonorSearch, and Conga Composer. Lead high-quality training for development staff on donor stewardship, cultivate processes, and manage onboarding and offboarding of new team members. Design mailing lists, update gift processing protocols, and organize resources for regional staff. Participate in monthly revenue and cash reconciliation meetings and collaborate with the accounting department and Salesforce team to enhance existing systems and support grant tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional requests regarding Salesforce and resource needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in development, fundraising, and other revenue-generating roles
- 1+ year of successful management experience
- Must have experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM database
- Are customer service-oriented and have a demonstrated track record of strong collegial relationships
- Possess strong attention-to-detail, always meet deadlines, and are able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
- Ability to prove eligibility to work legally in the U.S. and that you are at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Are an AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, or other national service alum/alumna
- Have experience working with event campaigns and online giving systems
