Job Summary
Maintain accurate donor and constituent records in Bloomerang CRM, process donations, and reconcile data with the Finance Team. Coordinate logistical needs for fundraising events, prepare materials and technology, and manage vendor and venue relationships. Support donor stewardship activities including correspondence, thank-you calls, and meeting preparation. Assist with grant research, application preparation, and communications projects such as newsletters and outreach materials. Track department purchases, manage inventory, and organize digital files. Full-time role (35-40 hours) in South Burlington, VT, with hybrid in-person/remote options. Requires valid driver's license, ability to travel throughout Vermont, and occasional evening or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, communications, nonprofit operations, fundraising, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and technology systems
- Proficiency in Google Tools, Microsoft Office, and related software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Vermont as needed to support events, meetings, and department activities
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport event materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Occasional evening and weekend work in support of fundraising and community engagement activities
