Job Summary
Develops and maintains efficient data operations to support fundraising efforts. Provides agile, cross-functional support across Development Operations, including serving as a trained backup for gift processing and grant agreement workflows during peak periods. Improves data workflows by auditing and optimizing Salesforce reports and campaigns, ensuring high data quality and integrity across donor and prospect records. Performs due diligence checks and basic research on donors and prospects to support frontline fundraisers, while documenting manual and automated database entry workflows for the team. Works closely with the Database and Central Development teams to enable frontline fundraisers with timely, accurate data and streamlined processes, contributing to faster Salesforce entry, better data reconciliation, and enhanced overall workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A Service Mindset: A genuine desire to support others and a "no task is too small" attitude
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort learning new software quickly; prior exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learner
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping; you enjoy "getting the details right"
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while staying focused on deadlines
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a focus on being helpful and clear in a remote work environment
