Job Summary
Proactively reach out to an assigned portfolio of partners through regular cultivation meetings, in-person solicitations, and stewardship activities. Advise the Director of Development on partner development matters while engaging in the organization's comprehensive campaign and development plan. Attend events and marketing activities, then track and report all relationship management activity using donor management software. Participate in regular Community Engagement and organization-wide meetings to support the mission of serving Pierce County communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of nonprofit fund development experience
- Access to a vehicle for frequent travel throughout Pierce County and TRM locations, for functions relevant to this position
- Meets TRM Driver Requirements (Valid Driver's License, Evidence of Insurability, and acceptable driving record)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with face-to-face donor solicitation and fundraising with an emphasis on relationship building is highly desired
