Job Summary
Manage daily operations, financial recording, and reporting for the Augusta Health Foundation's back office. Lead fund management, budget planning, gift processing, and acknowledgements while utilizing data systems for generation, analysis, and prospect research. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three to five years managing development systems like Raiser's Edge, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Full-time onsite role in Fishersville, Virginia.
Required Qualifications

- Three to five years of managing development systems (Raiser's Edge or comparable system); office and program operations

- Business, Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge fundraising software (or comparable donor database)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
