Job Summary
Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors by researching prospects, cultivating new relationships, and soliciting gifts. Conceive, draft, and execute fundraising campaigns and drives while creating projections and financial reports to track cash flow. Write proposals, annual solicitations, newsletters, and donor correspondence; initiate donor meetings and coordinate special cultivation events. Collaborate with leadership to develop an integrated fundraising strategy, pitch funding priorities to current and prospective funders, and assist in recruitment and training of Development interns. Act as an ambassador for Futuro Media Group by attending external meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
