Job Summary
Cultivate authentic relationships with donors and prospects to secure major gifts, multi-year pledges, and estate commitments that align with the F3 initiative's goal of engaging individuals in their 20s to 40s. Develop and adapt individualized supporter strategies, continuously grow the donor pipeline, and accurately report activity and results in Raisers Edge while reflecting organizational core values both professionally and personally. Contribute to a culture of collaboration and cohesiveness, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously alongside elite volunteer attorneys.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a professing Christian
- agree with and sign First Liberty's Articles of Faith
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Passion for First Liberty's mission
- Personal and professional integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High standards of professionalism
- True personal humility paired with a strong sense of self confidence
- Self-starter, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively with a hunger for personal and organizational growth
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft applications on an Apple operating system and a CRM database
