Job Summary
Development Officer responsibilities include supporting identification and management of active and prospective donors, collaborating with the major gifts team to cultivate and solicit donors, supporting the Foundation’s strategies for donor engagement, participating in stewardship and fundraising events, attending Foundation meetings, and acting as back-up for gift processing and donor reporting. Strong emphasis on relationship management, donor cultivation, and collaborating with the Foundation to advance the Children’s Miracle Network program for Cohen Children’s Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 2-4 years of relevant fundraising experience
- Fundraising experience preferred
