Job Summary
Development Officer responsible for raising funds through individual giving, alumni engagement, and education/outreach events. Collaborates with the Executive Director, development staff, volunteers, and external partners to cultivate, steward, close, and renew gifts; develops donor strategies, manages campaigns and communications, supports donor recognition, and funds programs such as Campbell Celebrates, Ingram Lecture, Visiting Professor Series, and other donor-focused initiatives; supervises volunteers and coordinates with internal teams to drive donor investment and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred; five years minimum demonstrated success in fundraising, alumni relations, sales, development office administration, and/or related relationship-building experience
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders and donors
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong computer skills including Office 365, donor software/database, and presentation materials
