Job Summary

Cultivate and steward high-value annual giving donors and prospects, managing portfolios of Leadership Partners and Partners in Conservation to increase unrestricted annual support. Develop and implement cultivation strategies, monitor performance against team objectives, and execute work plans in accordance with Annual Giving goals. Conduct regular high-touch personal contact, research suspects for major gift potential, and respond to donor inquiries while collaborating with Regional Philanthropy and Gift Planning teams. This role supports WWF's mission to protect nature and its resources across six continents, requiring a minimum of four years in fundraising and a Bachelor's degree. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of development practices and techniques
  • Minimum of four years of demonstrated success in fundraising, including the cultivation and solicitation of donors
  • Ability to professionally represent WWF to donors, members and the public
  • Ability to work independently and make significant contributions as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to changing situations and ability to balance competing demands and priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
