Job Summary

Own and manage the Donor Perfect database as the primary administrator, ensuring data integrity while creating donor records, entering daily receipts, and generating acknowledgements within 1-2 business days. Manage all JFCS special events from concept through execution, developing timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents while identifying venues and vendors. Own and manage all JFCS social media platforms, including strategy, content scheduling, and performance tracking, while overseeing the Google Ad Grant program and email marketing campaigns. Research, write, and produce the bi-annual JFCS Impact Report and assist with donor communications. Represent JFCS at community events and fairs to increase awareness. Full-time role with occasional irregular hours and travel to off-site meetings; requires Associate's degree and two years of development or nonprofit administrative experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a development or nonprofit administrative role with direct responsibility for data management and event coordination
  • Demonstrated experience with Donor Perfect or comparable CRM platform
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing events
  • Budget and financial literacy
  • Advanced proficiency in Donor Perfect, including reporting, record management and database administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Constant Contact or similar platforms, as well as, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to donor confidentiality and data privacy
  • Commitment to cultural competency and working with diverse populations
  • Passion for the JFCS mission
  • Completion of all required agency-wide and program-specific training courses
  • Must be able to travel to off-site meetings and events during and outside of typical business hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for event setup and breakdown
  • Full range of motion and corrected vision, hearing, and speech (or reasonable accommodations)

Desired Qualifications

  • knowledge of website platforms preferred as the organization may transition to in-house management in the future
