Job Summary
Develop and execute annual fundraising plans for diverse revenue streams including individual donors, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants. Manage a portfolio of annual fund prospects and mid-level donors by conducting research, personal meetings, and follow-ups to secure gifts. Collaborate with the Director of Development to support the $18M Invest in the Skies Capital Campaign, write proposals, and track major gift solicitations. Assist with fundraising event logistics, volunteer management, and database maintenance to ensure accurate donor records and metrics analysis. Create compelling communications materials to strengthen BRC's brand and increase awareness among key audiences. Work with staff and consultants to refine external relations and web presence.
