Job Summary
Lead development and M&A transactions in renewable energy across Greece and Eastern Europe; identify, evaluate, and manage acquisition, divestment, and joint venture opportunities; coordinate licensing, development studies, and procurement for RES projects; oversee budgeting and business planning; conduct valuation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence; negotiate terms and manage closing processes with legal advisors; travel is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field, or Financial and/or Business studies
- 10+ years’ experience in RES Development
- 5–8 years’ experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development (with exposure to energy/infrastructure)
- Fluent in English
