Development Manager, Tampa GO

Development Manager role focused on supporting the Tampa General Office by driving agent retention and production, implementing NYLIC University curricula and sales training, leveraging Sales Central and Marketing Central features, scheduling Field Observations and Agent Development Planning, leading National Prospecting Week, and collaborating with General Office leadership to implement the Field Development System. Candidate will train agents to gather referrals through various channels, utilize technology for virtual training, and mentor other development managers. Requires solid communication, group facilitation, coaching, and the ability to drive sales initiatives and adapt to changing programs and features.
