Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of real estate projects, managing feasibility, planning, execution, and handover. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Support strategic, commercial, financial, and regulatory components by preparing development strategies, highest-and-the-best-use recommendations, and business cases for senior management. Lead communication with authorities to secure NOCs and approvals while tracking regulatory risks and monitoring budgets and cash flows. Collaborate with design, project management, finance, sales, and marketing teams to mitigate risks and align projects with investment strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of real estate development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of development processes, construction methods, and project controls
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Saudi/GCC preferred
- Experience in Egypt and/or GCC markets
- Arabic is a strong plus
