Development Manager (Part-time)

Cultivate and steward donor relationships with individuals, small businesses, and corporations alongside the CEO. Plan and execute annual giving campaigns including direct mail, email, online giving, Fund-a-Need, and targeted giving days. Collaborate to develop engagement plans for entry, mid, and major donors to increase gift levels and ensure retention. Support major gift pursuits by scheduling meetings and attending donor engagements. Manage and execute key fundraising events such as house parties and brunch fundraisers. Track development data using online platforms like Zeffy and collaborate on grant writing and communications. This half-time role requires onsite presence in Tacoma for meetings and events, with flexibility for remote work. Pay is $31.00-$36.00 per hour.
