Job Summary
Development Manager responsible for leading entitlements and predevelopment efforts in Cincinnati. Duties include conducting site feasibility, due diligence, title/survey review, environmental and geotechnical studies, leading the entitlement process (zoning changes, platting, permits/approvals), coordinating a team of external consultants (civil engineers, architects, land use attorneys, environmental specialists), reviewing civil engineering plans and reports for regulatory compliance, representing the company in public hearings before planning commissions and city councils, bidding and administering contracts with vendors (engineers, consultants, contractors), managing cross-functional project teams, maintaining development schedules and budgets, tracking predevelopment and entitlement milestones, providing status updates to leasing and other stakeholders, monitoring market information, and traveling as required for project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is an asset, but not required
