Job Summary
Develop and steward corporate and community partnerships to drive regional revenue growth, while recruiting and engaging Kidney Walk participants, volunteer leaders, and fundraising champions. Manage sponsorship renewals, coordinate sponsor fulfillment, and support event planning, execution, and onsite activities across Southern California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Maintain accurate donor and participant records, track fundraising progress against regional goals, and ensure compliance with NKF policies. Represent the organization at community events and partner engagements. Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel throughout the market required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising
- Proven success in fundraising
- Proven success in non-profit leadership
- Proven success in event management
- Demonstrated track record in account management
- Demonstrated track record in building corporate partnerships
- Demonstrated track record in exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts
