Job Summary
Two Development Managers are sought for Melbourne Development team to lead the execution of development projects (apartments; current and planned) from brief through delivery, balancing commercial outcomes with quality and delivery objectives. You will manage end-to-end development lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, delivery and sales, and identify and manage risks and opportunities while maintaining stakeholder engagement to support approvals and project success. About You: 7+ years in development, ideally large-scale apartment or mixed-use precincts; strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; adaptable and collaborative; tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or related field.
