Job Summary
Oversee daily development operations by administering the Salesforce donor CRM to ensure data integrity and manage gift entry workflows. Lead execution of annual appeals, digital campaigns, and event logistics while producing dashboards to track revenue and donor retention. Coordinate with the Managing Director to support stewardship activities, grant management deadlines, and post-campaign analysis. Manage event timelines, RSVPs, and donor recognition efforts to drive engagement. Requires 3+ years of nonprofit development experience and Salesforce proficiency. Starting salary is $70,000-$75,000.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of nonprofit development experience, including direct ownership of development operations and fundraising campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience administering a donor CRM, including data standards, gift and interaction entry, segmentation, dashboards, reporting, imports or exports, and quality control.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Complete all required criminal and child abuse background checks: PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Cogent Federal Fingerprinting.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing the logistics of fundraising events preferred.
- Experience with grant management including identifying, researching, and tracking grants from award to completion preferred.
