Job Summary
Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high-performing engineers while maintaining full ownership of the full stack of products. Lead multiple projects through planning, prioritization, and task delegation, enforcing accountability for software quality. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business strategies into technical plans and decide with senior management on long-term technology roadmaps. Mentor engineering talent and drive new product initiatives in a hybrid environment with two days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven leader in hiring, mentoring, coaching and developing engineering talent, including performance management
- Expert knowledge of Java, Springboot, Python, JavaScript, API, Webservices, GKE, developing ML models and its best practices
- Knowledge with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL
- Ability to drive the development of high scale systems and system integrations
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential
- Two days in-office
