Job Summary
Manage projects during the Pre-Development and Development phases in commercial real estate. Responsibilities include conducting market studies and feasibility analysis, overseeing contractors and design teams, preparing RFP responses, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and significant experience in real estate development, financial analysis, and construction management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning or other related area.
- At least 5-7 years work experience with an emphasis in commercial real estate development and finance.
- Construction management experience is also a requirement.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferable.
- Proven experience with Development/Construction projects in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with developing and evaluating project feasibility
- Proficiency in project management, project evaluation, budgeting, cash flow forecasts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus.
