Job Summary
Partner with the office director to implement an annual fundraising plan and analyze solicitation performance against goals. Manage donor portfolios across individual, corporate, and institutional streams while coordinating solicitations and acknowledgments. Research major donor opportunities and ensure timely communication with donors through digital and print channels. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and analyze data to refine messaging and stewardship journeys. Support the execution of annual campaigns and events, including logistics and sponsorship management. Perform other duties as assigned to advance local fundraising efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, public administration) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of development experience including managing donor portfolios, executing fundraising strategies, analyzing performance data, and supporting campaigns and events
- Occasional evening or weekend hours for client emergencies or community events
- Some local travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred, ideally managing development or administrative staff
- Advanced certifications in fundraising or nonprofit management (e.g., CFRE)
