Job Summary
Development Lead responsible for translating portfolio demand into actionable team capacity plans, coaching and developing a multi-squad L&D team, managing performance processes, onboarding new team members, and ensuring high-quality learning solutions. Will partner with market and capability leads to estimate effort and resource requirements, drive organizational efficiency, uphold instructional quality standards, and stay current with emerging learning technologies and AI-powered tools. Requires 10+ years in L&D with 3-5 years in people leadership, familiarity with Articulate 360/Rise, LMS tools, Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project, and strong English communication; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development
- 3-5 years in people leadership or team management
- Experience managing end-to-end learning delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry preferred
- MBA or equivalent degree
