Job Summary
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of developers to deliver scalable, high-performance .NET/Angular applications. Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using .NET and Angular; oversee CI/CD pipelines and work item tracking with Azure DevOps; drive code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain software quality and stability. Monitor and optimize application performance using Dynatrace, collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, and guide the team to meet project goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in .NET and Angular frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and pipeline management
- Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including AKS and VM provisioning
- Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in multi-cultural, distributed teams
