Job Summary
Design and optimize advanced electronic circuits from concept through product release, ensuring performance and reliability targets are met. Conduct research to improve existing technologies and innovate new solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive feasibility and innovation. Design, realize, test, and document systems, subsystems, or components based on design requirements while producing specs for product propositions. Apply latest technology and research findings to engineering designs, drive IP creation and protection, and maintain development reports and project deliverables. Depending on grade, contribute to technology road mapping and provide coaching and mentoring within the team. Work with a global competence community to stay updated on technical breakthroughs and fulfill customer and market requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Experience in electronic hardware research and development, including design, prototyping, and testing of electronic components and systems
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in electronics design or hardware development (e.g., IPC Designer Certification)
