Job Summary
Design and develop advanced pump assemblies and components for the oil and gas industry, leading engineering efforts from concept through product launch. Oversee end-to-end product development projects, including research, prototype testing, data analysis, and final product delivery. Troubleshoot mechanical failures and coordinate failure analysis to enhance product reliability and prevent future issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturing, and customer support to resolve production challenges and gather field feedback. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while maintaining detailed design documentation and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in product development and engineering support
- Must be able to travel 10% - 15% of time within North America
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
