Job Summary
Lead and develop the EMI/EMC domain by defining standards, ensuring compliance with relevant norms, and advancing internal processes. Support internal EMI problem-solving through measurements and technical guidance while managing product development from concept through series production. Conceive and develop electronics and firmware for machines and modules, leading interdisciplinary projects for electrical systems. Build prototypes and execute comprehensive testing protocols. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in electronics development, and strong EMI knowledge or motivation to acquire it. Located in Dierikon, Switzerland, with flexible hours and home-office options.
Required Qualifications
- Diplomierter Elektroingenieur FH / ETH
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikentwicklung (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich EMV für Elektronik und Verkabelung sowie EMV-Normen und Richtlinien oder Motivation sich diese vertieft anzueignen
- Erfahrung mit EMV-Prüfungen und Messmethoden von Prints, Maschinen und Modulen oder Motivation sich diese vertieft anzueignen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und strukturierter Vorgehensweise
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen einzubinden
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse mit Altium für die Printentwicklung Schema und Layout sowie Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit C und C++ von Vorteil
