Development EMEA Portfolio Manager / PMO (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Translate strategic, market, regulatory, and capacity requirements into a prioritized development portfolio for the EMEA network. Steer and structure development activities in alignment with Product Management, Global R&D, and local centers to optimize capacity utilization. Create transparency around resources and escalation needs to accelerate processes across the organization. Support budgeting, controlling, and internal cost allocation processes while ensuring transparent steering of the development network. Requires a university degree in Engineering or Business Administration, several years of experience in project portfolio management, and strong English skills. Permanent employment with 30 days vacation, flexitime, and weekly remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- university degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Several years of experience in project portfolio management, PMO, R&D or a comparable cross-functional steering role within an international industrial environment
- strong background in development processes, portfolio governance, stakeholder alignment and management reporting
- solid experience in project management, PMO and controlling
- structured, proactive and communicative personality who is able to navigate complex organizations, align diverse stakeholders and maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English skills
