Job Summary

Own data integrity in the CRM and partner with consultants to establish documentation, SOPs, and training for reliable database management. Build and maintain a shared development calendar, track grant opportunities and budgets, and generate probability-weighted dashboards for leadership. Develop and execute development plans to hit annual revenue goals across individuals, law firms, corporations, and foundations. Design moves-management plans, manage appeals and campaigns, and expand prospect research capacity using wealth-screening tools. Lead creative fundraising messaging, coordinate with program staff on milestones, and grow digital channels. Set strategy for fundraising events, produce the annual Branton luncheon and donor parties, and negotiate vendor contracts. Supervise two direct reports, enhance onboarding and training plans, and champion professional development. Lead the adoption of AI and emerging technology across prospect research, messaging, and data analysis to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of nonprofit development experience

  • Experience coordinating with finance and program staff on budgets
  • Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and board members on major philanthropic initiatives and campaigns

  • Hybrid schedule availability: in-office Tuesday–Thursday, telework option Monday/Friday
