Development Director

Coordinate philanthropic activity for The Salvation Army Greater Cincinnati Area Services by organizing fundraising plans, managing local giving societies, and overseeing annual events like the Civic Luncheon. Secure grants, write proposals, and solicit donations from individuals and businesses while managing relationships with the Advisory Board, media partners, and external vendors. Supervise department staff, review performance evaluations, and ensure brand compliance across all communications and public relations efforts. Collaborate with DHQ, THQ, and area Corps to localize territory-wide initiatives and maintain a functioning team atmosphere focused on cooperation and accountability.
