Job Summary
Lead donor cultivation and fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and drive resources to advance Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources’ mission. Collaborate with volunteers and leadership to secure gifts, plan and execute events and capital campaigns, send gift acknowledgements, and schedule donor appointments. Utilize Salesforce to plan activities and track progress, while curating compelling stories to motivate giving. Responsible for prospect qualification, relationship cultivation, and achieving fundraising goals; strong gift-closing and donor-communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fund development and donor stewardship
- Experience using Salesforce for fundraising planning and record-keeping
- Ability to lead events and capital campaigns
- Strong communication and donor engagement skills
- Ability to qualify prospects and close gifts
- Meticulous records management and follow-through
