Develop and execute a comprehensive fund development strategy, including grant writing, major donor cultivation, and community engagement to expand support for initiatives like Youth Thrive. Oversee fundraising and external relations for the Sarasota Housing Authority's affiliated 501(c)(3), operating with a high degree of independence as the primary organizational ambassador. Identify funding opportunities, strengthen donor partnerships, and enhance the organization's visibility within the community while driving revenue growth and ensuring organizational sustainability.
