Job Summary
Analyze business needs to align project requirements, cost projections, and profit goals with company objectives. Perform site evaluations to recommend selections and oversee entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously by preparing site investigation reports, cost at completion reports, and project status files. Create currency for negotiations with governmental authorities to achieve project approvals while collaborating across departments to ensure timely milestone completion. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of development experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with required travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- preference in Business Administration Civil Engineering
- minimum of 8 years of experience in the development of multiple properties and/or retail chain development experience
