Job Summary
Lead entitlements, due diligence, and development execution for ground-up industrial development projects across the Northeast. Own and manage feasibility analyses, preliminary budgets and schedules, and coordination with consultants (planning, zoning, traffic, land use, and environmental). Represent Kurv at public hearings and municipal approvals; drive pre-construction activities, including procurement, budget finalization, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors. Oversee construction oversight activities, monitor progress, approve invoices and pay applications, and collaborate with Investments, Asset Management, and Finance teams to support acquisitions and project delivery. Must travel as required, maintain strong relationships with municipal officials, and enable timely decision-making to minimize delays. Strong project-management, zoning/entitlement expertise, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or site development projects; industrial real estate experience preferred
- Strong understanding of entitlement processes, zoning, land use, and municipal approvals in the Northeast region
- Experience managing due diligence processes and coordinating third-party consultants
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and development timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Project and Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to 2 hours drive time and to other Kurv markets on domestic flights
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
