Job Summary
Lead regional fundraising strategy and execution for the Los Angeles region, overseeing institutional, corporate, and individual donor activities to meet annual revenue goals. Co-lead revenue planning with senior leaders; manage grants, foundation relations, donor stewardship, and a development portfolio including major campaigns and events. Build relationships with donors, boards, and partners; supervise the Development Manager and collaborate with the ED and National Team. Ensure fundraising practices are grounded in race, equity, and social justice, and leverage data to inform strategy, planning, and communications. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 6-10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience; Salesforce experience is preferred. The role operates in a hybrid setting with in-office presence in Los Angeles.
