Job Summary
Development Director - B2B in Florida for a Florida-based general contractor. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by calling on multifamily/commercial customers in the assigned territory; build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors; develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales; attend industry events and developer meetings; bid and negotiate contracts or collaborate with the Owner on estimating; stay current on industry trends and company services.
Required Qualifications
- Established relationships with developers and investors in Florida who award multifamily/commercial GC contracts
- Proven track record of securing construction contracts
- Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
