Job Summary
Generate revenue by prospecting and securing local corporate sponsorship and individual donations while building and maintaining relationships with partners. Develop proposals to secure funds and recruit executive volunteers to lead committees and manage day-of-the-event staffing. Coordinate the event auction by soliciting items and prepare packages to raise funds, alongside planning and implementing engagement events for the Cor Vitae giving society. Work with the Communications Director to promote campaign plans and conduct research matching prospects to mission goals. This role requires daily local travel up to 75% and some overnight trips, with a hybrid schedule in a fast-paced sales environment. Incentive pay up to 25% of base is available based on revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or other related experience
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to do daily local travel up to 75% and some overnight trips as needed
- requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes)
- Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-Suite level
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks
