Job Summary
Generate revenue by prospecting and securing local corporate sponsorship and individual donations to support the Gala fundraising campaign. Build a pipeline of prospective sponsors by conducting research aligned with campaign goals and the Association's mission. Develop proposals and present materials to secure revenue and volunteer engagement while recruiting executive volunteer leadership and managing day-of-the-event volunteers. Lead new individual membership initiatives for the Cor Vitae giving society and plan events with internal and external partners. Collaborate with the Communications Director to promote communication plans and deliver a high-performing auction by soliciting high-value items. Achieve revenue targets through incentive programs up to 25% of base pay.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type experience
- Ability to travel locally approximately 75%
- requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes)
- Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-suite level
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks
