Job Summary
Drive revenue and oversee auction committees for the Dallas Côtes du Coeur Gala, managing relationships with private wine donors, sponsors, and community leaders. Create a 12-month calendar to achieve procurement goals, solicit high-end live and silent auction packages, and handle all logistics leading up to, during, and post the event. Provide concierge service for auction winners and conduct sales calls to generate new business and steward existing partnerships. Read and analyze fundraising reports to track progress against number goals. This role includes a hybrid schedule in Irving, TX, with local travel up to 75%, and offers a base salary with up to 25% incentive potential tied to revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type experience
- Ability to travel locally approximately 75%
- Access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes)
- Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-suite level
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks
