Job Summary
Generate revenue by prospecting and securing local corporate sponsorship and individual donations, while building a pipeline of prospects through targeted research. Develop proposals to secure revenue and volunteer engagement, and recruit corporate team participation in the Heart Walk event. Lead executive volunteer leadership and manage day-of-the-event volunteers, alongside driving new individual membership for the Cor Vitae giving society. Plan and implement events with internal and external partners, collaborating with the Communications Director on campaign communication plans. Achieve revenue goals through a hybrid schedule that requires daily local travel up to 75%, with incentives up to 25% of base pay based on targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or other related experience
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to do daily local travel up to 75% and some overnight trips as needed
- requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes)
- Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-Suite level
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks
