Job Summary
Lead end-to-end employee engagement initiatives by designing and executing surveys (annual engagement, pulse surveys, onboarding, stay and exit interviews), and evolve the enterprise recognition program. Partner with HR business partners, Communications, and leadership to drive culture initiatives, leverage data analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations, manage large-scale cross-functional projects and events, and develop processes/resources to support scalable, people-centered programs. Requires strong communication, facilitation, project management, and MS Office/SharePoint skills with experience in data-driven storytelling. Hybrid role based in Plymouth, MN with ~10% travel; salary range $90,000-$153,300. Preferred qualifications include SHRM credentials and Workday/PowerBI proficiency.
