Job Summary
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and donor visits for assigned development staff while arranging travel and preparing meeting agendas. Maintain accurate donor and prospect information in the Foundation's CRM, including biographical updates and attendance tracking. Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts by coordinating logistics for events, managing RSVPs, and facilitating thank-you correspondence. Provide administrative support such as document preparation, expense reimbursement tracking, and budget reporting. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-through on priorities and accurate data management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years' experience providing administrative and operational support to a team, preferably in higher education
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
- Ability to work to the demands of the position, which may exceed a 40-hour work week
